Who are the utility providers for Fox Lake?
A. All utilities at Fox Lake are individually billed and metered directly through the utility company. So, you only pay for what you use.
Water & Sewer – West Knox Utility District
Gas & Electric – Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB)
Cable, Internet, & Phone – Comcast/Xfinity is our preferred provider for cable, Internet and phone. Comcast invested in our community several years ago by installing new fiber cables, enabling 1Gig speed Internet throughout our entire property.
