The apartment homes at Fox Lake are pet friendly and family friendly.
We allow a maximum of two pets up to 25 pounds each, with a signed pet lease and paid pet fees. We also have several buildings where we allow larger dog breeds.
You and your pets will enjoy taking a walk around the 10-acre nature preserve on property, alongside the spring-fed lake and throughout the wooded walking trails.
There is a one-time $400/pet fee, due at move-in, and $20/month pet rent for one pet, or $30/month total pet rent for two pets.
Some dog breeds are restricted, so please be sure to check with the property manager for approval before moving in.
Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:
Pit Bull, including American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, and any other Bully or Bull Terrier breed.
German Shepherd
Dingo
Chow Chow
Mastiff
Akita
Cane Corso
Rottweiler
Rhodesian Ridgeback
Presa Canario
Belgian Shepherd
Wolf Hybrid
Belgian Malinois
Alaskan Malamute
Dutch Shepherd
Doberman Pinscher
Dogue de Bordeaux
And any other aggressive dog or breed, as determined by the Property Manager.
