The Williams Company is a local, family owned and operated property Management Company (we built, own, and manage our own properties). We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide year round maintenance for one of our apartment complexes.
Requirements
You must provide your own truck and tools
Must be able to past a drug test (we are a drug-free work place)
Facilities Maintenance or Construction experience preferred
